Bwanaz.com Shipping Policy
A number of shipping and delivery options are available for buyers on Bwanaz.com, from local pick up in Southern California to US standard shipping to domestic 48 continental states.

Local Pickup
Sellers on Bwanaz.com who located in Southern California may join the Cal-Bear Plan and provide local pickup option for buyers. If your seller's item is listed as ‘Local Pickup', you'll see information on the item's location on the item listing page. If you need to know more before purchasing, please "Ask Question” in the listing.

US Standard Shipping
You can find an estimated delivery timeline when checkout. The estimate will usually cover a range of days. 

The estimated delivery timeline is based on:
  • Handling time – Sellers set their handling time. This can range from the same working day, to up to 5 business days from when they receive payment.
  • Shipping or courier services – Delivery times can vary depending on which service is used. Most sellers offer a variety of delivery options, so you can choose the service you prefer when you're checking out.
  • Cleared payment – The seller may start to process your order when the payment is confirmed.
2 - 3 Business day shipping can be applied to the following states: CA, OR, WA, NA, UT, AZ, TX*.
* Only partial of Texas is eligible for 2 - 3 business day shipping.

When shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, your order will be shipped with UPSP priority shipping only.

Bwanaz.com Return Policy
items shipped from Bwanaz.com, including Warehouse Deals, can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Seller Return Policy
When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return will be sent back to the seller instead of Bwanaz.com. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to Bwanaz.com's, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the Seller's return policy before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the Seller's profile page. 

Third-party sellers must either provide a return address within the United States, provide a pre-paid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned. If a seller does not offer these methods to return your items, you may contact Bwanaz customer's service to seek help with your return.

If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, ensure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under our return policies.

Delivery with Services
Returns or exchanges for items purchased from a third-party seller that provided a Delivery with Service (in-home unpacking, installation, assembly, etc.) have to be scheduled by the seller. During the scheduled return pick-up, the seller will uninstall or disassemble, and pick up the item. All sellers participating in the Delivery of Services program are required to support scheduled return pickups or exchanges. If a seller does not offer these methods or is non-responsive to scheduling an appointment to return your items, you may contact the Bwanaz Home Services team. If a Delivery of Services item is missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
 
Holiday Return Policy
Items shipped by Bwanaz.com between November 1 and December 31 of this year, may be returned until January 31 of the following year for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed below. For more details on policies for items not shipped by Bwanaz.com, see Seller Returns Policies below.

Automotive Items
If you have purchased an automotive item shipped from and sold by Bwanaz.com that is defective and is covered by a manufacturer’s published warranty, Bwanaz will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.

Baby Items
Baby items (excluding clothing sizes 0-24 months) can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment. Note: Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.

Baby products fulfilled by Bwanaz qualify for free return shipping. The product is eligible for free return shipping if the item detail page includes "Free Returns" messaging. If your return is not a result of a Bwanaz error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.

Collectibles (sports & entertainment)
  • Collectible items with a value of $35 or more should be returned using a trackable method. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured.
  • All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.

Collectible Coins
  • You must contact the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt to request return information. Your return must then be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item.
  • Items with a value of $35 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.
  • Graded Coins and Original Government Packaged Coins must be returned in their original packaging, along with any supporting documentation.
  • Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
  • Collectible Coins that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Computers (laptops & desktops)
  • New desktop, laptops or tablets purchased from Bwanaz.com that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Bwanaz.com may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
  • Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
  • New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.

Fine Art
  • Fine Art items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items with a value more than $500 must also be insured.
  • All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • Any Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won't be accepted for return.
  • Before sending a Fine Art return, photograph the item for your records.

Gift Cards
  • Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).

Handmade at Bwanaz
Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:
  • You must notify the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt.
  • Due to the personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the third-party seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you are protected per the Bwanaz policy.
  • All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products without all applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

Hazardous Materials
  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases, are not returnable to Bwanaz.
  • Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.

Jewelry & Watches
  • Jewelry and watch items with a value of $35 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Live Plants or Insects
  • Fresh flowers, live indoor plants or insects are not returnable to Bwanaz, but may be refundable.

Pet Food
  • Pet food and similar products are not returnable to Bwanaz, but may be refundable.

Grocery and Wine
  • Grocery items and wine are not returnable to Bwanaz but may be refunded.
  • While most wine is not returnable, contact the seller to learn more about their return policy.
 
Pre-Paid Phone or Game Cards
  • Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards or prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc) are not returnable to Bwanaz.

Televisions
  • Returns for televisions shipped without Enhanced Delivery should be in new and unopened condition.
  • To return a television shipped with Enhanced Delivery, the item should be in like-new condition. When the carrier comes to pick up the television, they will bring their own packaging materials. For more information on Enhanced Delivery, please see About Free Enhanced Delivery.

Tickets
  • Theme park tickets are not returnable after purchase.

Wedding Registry Items
Items purchased from your Bwanaz Wedding Registry as a gift can be returned within 180 days of delivery. Please note that items purchased by the registry owner themselves are subject to the standard 30 days Bwanaz.com Return Policy.

Customized Products
For items with customization options, including any product configurations, image personalization, text inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, monograms, embroidery, or embossing):
  • You must notify the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt.
  • If the item contains personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the third-party seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you are protected per the Bwanaz policy.
  • All product packaging (such as boxes) must be returned with the item.
